It supports both Gastronorm 1/1 and Euronorm pans placed lengthwise. The user-friendly touchscreen offers pre-set cycles for fish, ice cream, drying, and defrosting, along with options for custom programme creation. A USB port enables recipe uploads and HACCP data downloads. Primary programmes maintain the final temperature until manually stopped, ensuring food is kept safe for storage and later use.
