Warranty / Service

Caple Products

All our Caple products have a full 2-year warranty covering parts and labour (This is automatically activated when your purchase from us). If any part of the machine fails or a fault develops through normal use, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge provided it meets the following conditions:

  1. The appliance has been correctly installed in accordance with the information supplied with the appliance. 
  2. The appliance has only been used for DOMESTIC purposes; COMMERCIAL use is not covered by the guarantee. 
  3. The appliance has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions. 
  4. The appliance has only been repaired/maintained by one of our accredited service agents.

If you do not have a warranty or are outside your warranty cover period and require spare parts you can purchase them here.

Liebherr Products

All our Liebherr products have a full 2-year warranty covering parts and labour. If any part of the machine fails or a fault develops through normal use, it will be repaired for you free of charge provided it meets service requirements.

*To register your warranty please contact (+353) 1 460 0064 or email liebherr@naa.ie. Alternatively, you can return the document that is found with the unit.

Customers must install appliance as per manufacturers instructions. Accidental damages to parts are not covered. Service calls must be carried out by authorised Liebherr engineers.

Ip Industrie Products

All our Ip Industrie products have a full year warranty covering spare parts. If any part of your machine fails or a fault develops through normal use, we can provide spare parts should they be required. If an engineer is required to assess what part is required then this will incur an additional cost.

Tefcold/Interlevin Products

All Tefcold/Interlevin products are sold with 2 years parts only warranty as standard. You can choose to add a labour warranty for 1 or 2 years. 

  • Parts only - We will provide spare parts only. If an engineer is required to assess what part is required then this will incur an additional cost.
  • Parts & Labour - We will provide spare parts and we will cover the cost of an engineer call out.
