Returns & Refund Policy


In order to be eligible for a refund, please email us: within 14 days of the delivery date. After you notify us about your intent to return you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Please email your return request to us ( to ensure your claim is recorded. For cancellations, you do not need to provide a reason for returning goods but for all other scenarios please provide as much information as you can (including photos) regarding the reason for your return request i.e. description of fault/damage.

Item has not been removed from packaging

If the packaging remains sealed/unopened and the product is in the same condition that it was sent (including accessories) and is undamaged in any way, then we can offer a refund. (This does not include special order items).

If you open the packaging 

If your item has been removed from the packaging then we can only impose a partial refund of the product cost as it would not be suitable to resell as a new item.

Item has been installed/in use

We can not accept the return of goods that have been in use as these items are no longer sellable as 'new'. Please send us an email ( and we will work with you to find a solution.

Refunds will not be accepted if there has been incorrect information supplied by the manufacturer. We will inform the manufacturer of the issue but it will need to be resolved between you and the manufacturer.

If goods have been dispatched: Cost of cancellation (including return delivery cost & restocking fee) will be taken out of your refund. This may be as much as 50% of the product cost.

We can not accept cancellations if your fridge has already been installed and used.

Damaged/Faulty Items

Please report any damage/faulty items to us as soon as possible via email ( so we can act accordingly to ensure a replacement/repair is carried out.

We can not accept any damage claims if this has been the cause of the customer.

Special Item Order

Items that are marked as 'Special order' are non returnable as these have been specially made/ordered for the customer.

Once production of these units has started then they can no longer be cancelled.

If items arrive damaged/faulty we will work with you to rectify the problem and supply spare parts if required.
