Returns & Refund Policy

At ChillCooler.ie, our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible. To reduce the risk of having to return an item, we kindly request that you carefully review the product's dimensions and specifications prior to purchasing.

We understand that issues may arise and strive to work with each customer to resolve them and provide the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date to discuss potential solutions.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging and all included accessories and materials. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for bespoke items or items listed as "special order."

If you have used or installed an item that you no longer want:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used as they can no longer be sold as new. However, we will try to find a suitable solution with you. The cost of the goods, up to 50% of the product value, will be deducted from the refund, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Return shipping charges will apply, and we are willing to arrange the return shipment for you through our logistics partners. However, due to the size and weight of some of our products, the shipping costs can be high. The cost of return shipping will range from €50 +VAT to €180+VAT, depending on the size and location of the item to be collected.

If you prefer to return the goods through your own logistics provider, that's perfectly fine. However, we suggest using a 2-man delivery service as our products are fragile and may not be handled properly through normal postal or pallet networks.

Order Cancellations:

If you decide to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items and want to return them, that's completely fine. Simply send us an email or give us a call and we'll arrange it for you. However, collection and restocking fees will apply.

Damaged Products:

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away. You should endorse the delivery note accordingly or refuse delivery. Please report any damage to us within 48 hours so that we can process the claim with our courier quickly.

If you fail to report the damage to us within the 48-hour window, we cannot guarantee a successful claim, but we will always try to find a suitable solution.

In case your product arrives incomplete or is missing some parts, we will send the missing parts and a technician to install them for you.

Dealing with Faulty Products:

If your product experiences any issues within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to a full refund or replacement. In some cases, repairing the product may be the quickest solution. After 30 days, the manufacturer will decide if they will repair or replace the item according to the Consumer Rights Act and Sale of Goods Act. Our customer support team will assist you throughout the process.

Customized, Bespoke and Special Order Items:

Products that are made to order, such as wine walls or items marked as special order, cannot be returned as they are specifically made for the customer. However, if the item arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect due to the error of ChillCooler.ie or the manufacturer, it may be returned.

Please note that once production has started for bespoke items such as wine walls, the order cannot be canceled.
