Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you received it (including accessories) and it must be undamaged in any way. Wine coolers must be unused and not have been switched on to avail of a refund. They also must not have been taken out of their original packaging.

If your item has been in use or removed from the packaging then we can only impose at least 50% of the product cost as it would not be suitable to resell as a new item. 

Use our "contact us" page or contact 'info@chillcooler.ie" and we will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

Refunds will not be accepted if there has been incorrect information supplied by the manufacturer. We will inform the manufacturer of the issue but it will need to be resolved between you and the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible to cover the cost of return shipping. This will be taken out of the balance owed from the refund. Collection costs may vary depending on brand and model.

Cancellations

Chill Cooler only accepts cancellations under the following conditions:

1) Goods have been dispatched. Cost of cancellation (including return delivery cost) will be taken out of your refund. This may be as much as 50% of product cost.

2) We can not accept cancellations if your fridge has already been installed and used.

Damaged Items

Goods should be checked immediately upon arrival before signing to ensure there is no damage. If possible take the unit out of its packaging to enure this. 

Please report any damage/faulty items to us as soon as possible so we can act accordingly to ensure a replacement/repair is carried out. We can not accept liability for damage found after the delivery.

We can not accept any damage claims if this has been the cause of the customer.
