It supports both GN1/1 and 60x40 Euronorm pans (not supplied), accommodating up to 15 trays for high-volume operations.

With its smart touchscreen controller, the BLCB15X1 allows full programmability—letting users choose from pre-set programs or create custom ones for different food types. Data can be uploaded or exported via USB for HACCP compliance, enhancing traceability and quality assurance.
