The Scotsman Flake MF 59 Split CO2 Modular Ice Machine delivers up to 700 kg of Superflake ice daily, making it ideal for high-demand settings. Designed for use with R 744 remote condensing units or centralized cooling systems, it features a robust AISI 304 stainless steel evaporator that handles up to 60 bar pressures.

Its user-friendly design includes stainless steel scotch-brite finish, rounded corners, and removable side panels for easy maintenance. Advanced electronics, including a CAREL E2V expansion valve and dual protection sensors, ensure reliable and efficient operation.

  • Double protection with an electronic rotation sensor and drive coupling on the gear motor and gear reducer.
  • KVR suction pressure regulating valve and safety valve on the high-pressure line.
