This Combisteel saladette combines a refrigerated open-top insert section with an integrated glass cover, making it suitable for self-service counters, buffet stations, and food-to-go displays where food protection is required. The glass cover extends the total height to 1310mm while keeping toppings and fillings visible. Two doors below provide under-counter bulk GN storage at +2/+8°C. Static fan cooling and R600A refrigerant keep operating costs low.
