This Italian-manufactured dough roller features an automatic start/stop function with a timer mode. The machine automatically switches on when dough is added to the hopper and shuts off after a pre-set time, helping to reduce running costs and minimize component wear.

For continuous operation, the machine can also be used in "Continuous" mode if needed.
