The Moretti Forni IDD72.72 is one of our most popular pizza ovens, perfect for pizzerias, pubs, takeaways and more.

It takes four 13" pizzas per deck, eight across both decks, on a refractory brick base. Heavy duty build with electronic controls, so the temperature can be set by degrees or by percentage of power, which helps it hold heat when you are loading constantly through a busy service. A good choice where you want proper deck baking in a tighter footprint.
