The Moretti Forni IDD105.65 is one of our most popular pizza ovens, ideal for pizzerias, pubs, takeaways and other high demand kitchens. It takes six 12" pizzas per deck, twelve across both decks, on a refractory brick base.

Heavy duty build with electronic controls, so the temperature can be set by degrees or by percentage of power. That gives you much better heat recovery when you are loading constantly and opening the doors all through a busy service.
