The Moretti Forni IDD105.105 is the largest of the iDeck twin deck range, built for pizzerias, pubs, takeaways and other high volume kitchens. It takes nine 12" pizzas per deck, eighteen across both decks, on a refractory brick base.

Heavy duty build with electronic controls, so the temperature can be set by degrees or by percentage of power. That gives you much better heat recovery when you are loading constantly and opening the doors all through a busy service.
