The Moretti Forni Series P80E Heavy Duty Bakery Deck Ovens are designed for baking bread and a wide range of bakery products. These ovens come standard with an embossed steel sheet oven floor but can be customized with a refractory stone base upon request.

With the option of an inbuilt steam generator, they provide optimal baking conditions, making them the ideal choice for professional bakers. Additionally, the oven includes a decorative canopy and a proofer on castors for added convenience and mobility.
