The Moretti Forni Series P Heavy Duty Bakery Deck Ovens are ideal for baking bread and other bakery products. They come standard with an embossed steel sheet oven floor, with the option to upgrade to a refractory stone base upon request.

For added versatility, an inbuilt steam generator is also available. These ovens are a perfect choice for professional bakers, and are supplied with a decorative canopy and a proofer on castors for easy mobility and enhanced functionality.
