The Moduline RRFT20E Roll-In Electric Regeneration Oven has a capacity of 20 x 1/1 GN pans or 62 plates (230-310mm diameter) on a plate trolley. It operates at temperatures from +30°C to 160°C, making it ideal for reheating pre-chilled meals stored at +3°C.
