The Moduline RRFF40E Roll-In Electric Regeneration Oven has a capacity of 20 x 2/1 GN pans or 126 plates (230-310mm diameter) on a plate trolley. It operates at temperatures from +30°C to 160°C, making it perfect for reheating pre-chilled meals stored at +3°C.

Ideal for stadiums, hospitals, and banqueting operations, this high-capacity oven ensures efficient and consistent meal regeneration, providing a reliable solution for high-volume foodservice environments that require fast and quality meal service.
