The Moduline CSD013E "Plug & Play" 3-Drawer Cook & Hold unit is perfect for operators who want to slow cook and hold food, either during the day or overnight, to save labor and minimize product shrinkage. It ensures food stays at the ideal temperature for extended periods.

This flexible unit can be placed on top of a 700mm deep worktop or mounted underneath with castors for easy mobility. With no extraction required, it offers convenience and adaptability to fit various kitchen setups.
