This electric mini pancake maker makes up to 50 pancakes at a time, each about 4.3cm across. It has a non-stick aluminium plate with a raised edge to stop the batter running over, and a thermostat you can set from 50 to 300°C. It is a good fit for markets, fairs and restaurants.
