This chocolate melter has six 1/6 GN containers, each holding 1.7kg of chocolate, so you can melt several flavours at the same time. A digital display shows the temperature of the water and the containers, and the thermostat goes from 3 to 100°C. The stainless steel body suits ice cream parlours, chocolate shops and patisseries.
