iF Design Award

The Liebherr EWTgb 3583 was the winner of the much sought-after iF Design Award 2018. Out of 6400 entries, this unit was chosen by one of the world's leading design awards by an international 63-member expert jury panel.

Large Capacity Storage

83 Bordeaux bottles can be held under an operating temperature of between +5 °C to +20 °C meaning it is an ideal unit for long term storage. With an operating noise level of just 34dB, it is an unusually quiet model which means you will barely be able to notice it in your kitchen. It uses forced air cooling to keep the wine cool for long periods of time ensuring better cooling performance.

Dual-Zone Temperature

Two different wine variations can be kept at their optimum storage temperature ensuring the storage conditions of one variable is not favoured over another. For example, red wine can be kept at +18°C in the upper zone while in the lower zone, champagne can be kept at +5 °C. Use the operating panel to set temperature settings.

LED Lighting

The interior white LED lighting ensures light is dispersed evenly throughout each department with 100% UV light protection. The LED lighting presents no harm to wine quality as the heat produced is minimal.

Activated Charcoal Filter

The maintenance of good air quality is important in the long term storage of wine, therefore odours are removed from the air by the charcoal filter before entry ensuring the wine is protected against these odours.

Reversible Door

The door can be reversed from its original state to ensure the most efficient use of space.
