Kopa Type 401 Commercial Charcoal Oven

The Kopa Type 401 is the most popular size in the Kopa charcoal oven range. A heavy duty refractory steel body holds the heat, and the labyrinth hood and upper vent are designed to control sparks and airflow. It suits restaurants, hotels and grill kitchens that cook steaks, chops, fish and vegetables over charcoal every service.
