A solid two door counter fridge built for a busy prep line, with ducted air distribution keeping the whole cabinet at an even temperature rather than relying on gravity cooling. The stainless steel upstand across the back protects the wall behind it and gives you a clean surface to sit gastronorms or a chopping board on.
Both doors close themselves and hold at a slight dwell position so they're not banging shut on staff, and the heavy duty lockable castors mean you can pull it out for cleaning without three people lifting it. Rounded internal corners make it easy to keep on top of hygiene, and the digital controller gives an accurate readout at a glance.
