Features:

  • Supplied with 4 pasta baskets - each fitted with individual timed automatic basket lifts
  • Pasta boiler tanks and heating elements are manufactured using marine grade 316 stainless steel - will not corrode due to salt in water
  • Low level water sensor - switches off heating elements so preventing tank and element damage
  • 15 x 1/6gn container capacity (not supplied)  heated bain marie - fitted with automatic water fill and low water level sensor
  • Bain marie is fitted with adjustable temperature controls
  • Fitted with refrigerated well - will hold 4 x 1/6gn containers - ideal for ingredient storage
  • Fitted with 4 drawers of under storage refrigeration - 1/1gn size  (these can be made for frozen storage at an additional cost)
  • All stainless steel construction - durable and easy to clean
