Ingredients are simply added into the top hopper, they are then mixed and kneaded before being extruded through the bronze die
Hopper capacity = 4kg - fitted with lid safety switch
Hourly production of Extruded pasta (Penne etc) = 18kg - choice of dies, dies are not included please see "Dies sheet" and ring office for prices
All stainless steel construction - easy to clean and durable
Supplied with an automatic cutting knife
