The Italgi ECO Automated Pasta Cooker with an integrated wet well bain-marie is designed to reduce labor and ensure consistent product quality.

Simply load the pasta and set the timer; the machine will automatically lift the basket once the cooking time is complete, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

  • Automatic filling of the tank - but can be adjusted manually if required.
