The Italforni EC8-2 heavy-duty twin deck pizza oven is perfect for high-volume operations. Its interior features refractory stone on all surfaces—floor, ceiling, sides, and rear—ensuring even heat distribution and minimizing heat loss when the door is frequently opened.

The oven can also be equipped with an optional mobile heated base for added convenience.
