For high-volume sushi counters, the VSU8P gives you the most display space in the range without compromising on that critical low chill. Staff serve through the lifting curved front glass and refill via the sliding rear doors, while the top-mounted evaporator and built-in drain keep the deck clean and dry through a busy service. The anodized aluminium body and AISI 304 stainless interior are made to take daily commercial use.
