Infrico Sushi Display 1620mm Wide VSU6P

The VSU6P is a countertop sushi case designed to keep delicate raw produce at safe serving temperatures while putting it centre stage. The curved front glass lifts for staff access and sliding rear doors let you replenish from behind, while the evaporator sits up in the top of the display and a drain keeps the deck clean and dry. The anodized aluminium body with AISI 304 stainless interior wipes down easily and suits any front-of-house counter.
