Fast, even top heat for a busy line

The SE80T pairs infrared resistances with a wide 80 cm cooking area, so it recovers heat almost instantly between covers and grills evenly across the surface. It's up to temperature in roughly 20 seconds from cold and just 5 seconds when already running, which keeps a busy pass moving. The integrated timer lets you set and forget each finish, and the stainless steel body stands up to hard daily service and wipes down quickly.
