The VML1500 gives you a generous 1642mm of chilled serve-over space to present fresh fish beautifully, a great middle-ground size for busy counters. The low -1C to +1C temperature keeps the catch in prime condition, with LED lighting and an illuminated display area drawing the eye. Front-opening tempered glass gives easy service access and sliding rear doors make restocking simple. Note the deck drain needs a permanent drain or container.
