Its deeper GN 1/1 body takes full-size gastronorm pans, so it slots straight into a professional prep line. The IM 702 PN does two jobs at once — a hard-wearing stainless worktop up top and 2 doors of freezer space underneath. That means your frozen stock sits right where you're working, so there's less running back and forth during service.
