The Infrico FHESM250A is a modular flat-flake ice maker built for kitchens and bars that get through a serious amount of ice. It turns out 250kg of soft, sub-cooled flake over 24 hours, so you've plenty for fish displays, food prep and cooling produce. As a modular head it sits on top of a separate storage bin, letting you size the setup to suit your own turnover.
