Infrico AMC6714L Dry Aging Cabinet

Dry aging is a slow, dry maturation technique that concentrates flavour and tenderises meat under carefully held temperature and humidity. With four glazed sides, the AMC6714L turns in-house maturation into a genuine centrepiece for steakhouses, butchers and fine-dining rooms. The triple-glazed, UV-treated glass keeps the meat protected while fully on display, and the natural R290 refrigerant keeps running costs and environmental impact low.
