The Infrico ABT51C is a compact 5-level blast chiller and freezer built for busy commercial kitchens that need to cool and freeze food fast, safely and within HACCP guidelines. Made from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, it rapidly pulls hot food through the danger zone to lock in freshness, texture and flavour.
