You get a compact two-door chilled cabinet, a raised well for Gastronorm salad pans and a polypropylene cutting board built right in, perfect for making salads, wraps and cold plates to order. Each door carries a GN1/1 shelf plus three pairs of tray slides, and the replaceable door gasket keeps running costs sensible over the years. Glass doors and LED lighting are available to order too.
