The Giorik EMG5 is a 5-rack gas convection oven, perfect for smaller operators needing a compact yet powerful unit. It accommodates 1/1 GN and 600 x 400 mm trays, making it ideal for "bake-off" use.

The oven is designed to operate on a 26 amp, 230V electrical supply, making it suitable for installation in most kitchens. Its versatile features and space-saving design offer great performance for bakeries, cafes, and small foodservice operations.
