  • Capacity; 4 x 1/1gn + 4 x 1/3gn
  • The display will hold 1/1gn pans upto a depth of 150mm and the 1/3gn pans upto 100mm
  • Convected heat with finned heating elements maintains constant temperature 
  • Digitally thermostatically controlled temperature range upto +65/85ºC - with temperature readout
  • Humidification is produced through an evaporation pan in the bottom of the tank and is fitted with automatic water control
  • Fitted with overhead halogen lamps
  • Fitted with food core temperature probe allowing food to be constantly monitored
  • Fitted with drain for easy draining and overflow
  • Supplied with rear sliding doors
