The display will hold 1/1gn pans upto a depth of 150mm and the 1/3gn pans upto 100mm
Convected heat with finned heating elements maintains constant temperature
Digitally thermostatically controlled temperature range upto +65/85ºC - with temperature readout
Humidification is produced through an evaporation pan in the bottom of the tank and is fitted with automatic water control
Fitted with overhead halogen lamps
Fitted with food core temperature probe allowing food to be constantly monitored
Fitted with drain for easy draining and overflow
