The De Danieli Cooker C2002EI High-Temperature Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is designed for cooking low to medium-density mixtures.

It features a mineral oil heating jacket, which eliminates the need for constant refilling, unlike traditional water-filled jackets. This kettle is easy to operate, equipped with intuitive electronic controls and a variable speed stirrer, ensuring precise cooking and consistent results in professional kitchens.

  • Capacity - 200 Litres - 40 - 160 Kg of product
  • Electronic controls - Electronic thermostat & timer with alarm and total working hours counter
  • Temperature range - 20 - 160ºC
  • Indirect heat - Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months
  • Kettle finish - 304 foodgrade stainless steel
  • Manual tilting of kettle by use of hand wheel (motorised option)
  • Inbuilt stirrer  - 2 speed 1 direction (dual direction can be fitted as an option)
  • Safety  - when guard is opened stirrer automatically switches off
