The De Danieli Cooker C150CSEIA is a high-temperature electric indirect heat tilting kettle, designed for cooking medium-density mixture products. It uses mineral oil in the heating jacket, eliminating the need for constant refilling as with water-filled models.

Easy to operate, it features touchscreen programmable controls, a variable-speed stirrer, an internal tank probe, and front drain-off valves, making it ideal for linking to dispensing or portioning machines.

Features:

  • High temperature Indirect heat cooking - these models are ideal for Low to medium density products, such as custard, jam, marmalade and sauces
  • Capacity - 150 Litres 30 - 120kg
  • Touchscreen programmable controls - 90 Recipes can be stored, 9 phases of cooking in each cycle, automatic start/stop timer, mixing timer, Password protected
  • Temperature range - 20 - 160ºC
  • Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months
  • Kettle finish - Cooking tank is made of 304 foodgrade stainless steel
  • Front drain - drain off valve is fitted as standard allowing it to be linked into dispensing/portioning machines
  • Inner tank probe fitted as standard - this sense the actual product temperature
  • Manual tilting of kettle by use of hand wheel (motorized option)
  • Inbuilt stirrer with dual rotation - 12 clockwise & 6 anticlockwise speed options
  • Safety - Lid safety switch - when opened stirrer switches off
  • Fitted with Oil life counter (advises you when to refill jacket oil)
