Combisteel Base 900 Electric Bain Marie

The Base 900 Electric Bain Marie integrates a GN hot-holding station into the Combisteel 900 series cooking line. A 26-litre well holding one 1/1 GN container (up to 150mm deep) at 1kW on 230V keeps sauces, soups and prepared dishes at service temperature. Freestanding at 400mm wide x 900mm deep in the 900 series format at 53kg, it fits directly into any 900 series line beside active cooking equipment.
