The Base 700 Gas Fryer 2x15L is the twin-tank freestanding gas fryer in the 700 series. Two 15kW burners each heat a 15-litre tank at full 900mm working height — delivering 30kW total and simultaneous frying of different products in four baskets (140x280x130mm each). Temperature range 0–180°C. At 87kg in the 700mm deep freestanding format, it’s built for sustained high-volume frying service.
