A genuine refractory brick deck in a footprint small enough for a tight kitchen, the Gas XL3 is the entry point into Chefs Range's gas deck ovens. Piezo ignition and an electronic thermostat take it up to 450°C, and it'll stack two high if you need to double capacity without doubling the floor space.
