The Casta BR8001 High-Temperature Overfired Broiler is the ultimate tool for fast, high-temperature grilling. With a maximum temperature of 850°C, it delivers rapid searing, perfect for cooking premium cuts like Steak Fiorentina, Tomahawks, and Bone-in Ribeye.

Featuring an 8-position height-adjustable grilling rack, chefs can easily switch between quick searing for hearty meats or slower cooking for more delicate items, offering versatility and control over the grilling process.
