Description

A professional hi speed steam oven for kitchens that need to hold or finish food fast without babysitting it. The built-in boiler auto-fills, and there are four pre-set menu programs plus a timer running up to 100 minutes, so staff aren't guessing settings mid-service. A heat exchange manifold with a circulating fan spreads steam evenly through the chamber, and the easy descale function with auto boiler discharge on power-up keeps maintenance simple. Takes up to 7 GN 1/1 x 20mm trays, or 4 at 65mm.
