Description

A heavy duty four burner gas fryer for kitchens that need serious output without eating up floor space. The 23 litre tank turns out roughly 50lbs of chips an hour, and the nickel-plated baskets and easy-clean pans keep turnaround quick between batches. A Robertshaw thermostat with safety cut-out and an Eurosit gas valve keep things accurate and safe, while the large drain-off makes oil changes painless. This is the natural gas version, so it's the one to go for on sites already plumbed for mains gas.
