Banks GF30 Gas Twin Basket Fryer LPG

Description

A solid three burner gas fryer built for kitchens that need steady output in a smaller footprint than the four burner models. The 18 litre stainless steel tank turns out around 46lbs of chips an hour, and the twin nickel-plated baskets keep service moving. A Robertshaw thermostat and Eurosit gas valve keep temperatures accurate and safe, and the tank's large drain-off makes oil changes quick. This is the LPG version, so it suits sites running off bottled gas.
