Description

A high output electric fryer for kitchens without a gas line, or where electric's just the better fit. The 28 litre tank runs off a straightforward 3 phase connection and heats from 50°C up to 190°C, with a cold zone underneath the elements to catch crumbs and help the oil last longer. It comes with 2 fry baskets and a tank lid as standard, and the easy drain-off makes oil changes simple. Stainless steel throughout with a compact footprint, so it slots into most kitchens without a fuss.
