Banks BMW1 Bain Marie (Wet)
Description
A compact single-well wet bain marie for keeping food service-ready without needing a full servery counter. The well takes a GN1/1 pan up to 150mm deep, and the simmer control gives you steady heat you can dial in to suit whatever's sitting in it. Handy for a small kitchen, a carvery counter, or as a backup unit when the main line's under pressure.
