The Aristarco AUL55.45EE Washer is perfect for smaller bakery outlets needing a heavy-duty commercial tray washer. It is designed to wash 600 x 400mm bakery trays and offers 4 wash cycles with an output of up to 30 racks per hour.

Its double-skinned body ensures quiet operation while effectively reducing labor time. This tray washer guarantees hygienic cleaning of trays and utensils, helping bakeries maintain efficiency and cleanliness with minimal effort.

Features:

  • Cleaning function - at the end of the day an automatic cleaning cycle of the wash tanks takes place
  • Water consumption per wash is 2 litres
  • Tank capacity = 50 litres with rinse boiler capacity of 5.5 litres
  • Fitted with thermostop - this only allows the machine to operate when the rinse and wash temperature are reached - this guarantees hygienic washing
