The Aristarco AU125-80E/PRS is a large-capacity, heavy-duty commercial tray/pot washer, designed for high-volume use.

With four wash cycle options and an output of up to 30 racks per hour, it efficiently handles large quantities of trays and utensils. Its double-skinned body ensures quiet operation, while reducing labor time and guaranteeing hygienic, thorough washing.

Double skinned body and door - reduces noise level and saves energy by reducing heat loss
304 stainless steel body - durable and fully re-cyclable
Radiused Preformed easy clean wash tank is manufactured using 316 marine grade stainless steel
Removable primary surface tank filters - collects larger items (forks, spoons etc) preventing them entering the wash tank
Stainless steel wash pump filter, protects the pump from risk of blockage - removable for cleaning
2 x 3 way Stainless steel wash and rinse arms + 2 lateral high pressure fixed wash tubes
Rinse boiler made of 316 stainless steel

Electronic controls with colour code switch
Choice of washing cycles - 2, 3, 6 & 9 minutes
Water consumption per wash is 7 litres
Tank capacity = 100 litres with rinse boiler capacity of 17 litres
Fitted with thermostop - this only allows the machine to operate when the rinse and wash temperature are reached - this guarantees hygienic washing
