The Infrico ABT204PP is a professional blast chiller and freezer built for busy commercial kitchens that need to cool and freeze cooked food fast, safely and within HACCP guidelines. Made from hard-wearing AISI 304 stainless steel, it pulls hot food through the danger zone quickly to lock in freshness, texture and flavour while cutting waste.
