The De Danieli Cooker C200CSEIA High-Temperature Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is designed for cooking medium-density mixtures. It features a mineral oil heating jacket, eliminating the need for constant refilling, unlike water-filled jackets.

This kettle is easy to operate with a touchscreen programmable control panel, a variable speed stirrer, an internal tank probe for precise temperature monitoring, and front drain-off valves that allow for seamless connection to dispensing or portioning machines. Ideal for efficient and consistent cooking in professional kitchens.

  • Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months
  • Kettle finish - Cooking tank is made of 304 foodgrade stainless steel
  • Front drain - drain off valve is fitted as standard allowing it to be linked into dispensing/portioning machines
  • Inner tank probe fitted as standard - this sense the actual product temperature
